Termly or Monthly Payment

All fees should be paid by direct debit termly on or before the first day of each term. Should you wish to pay monthly by direct debit, there will be a service charge of £24 per term.  Fees are calculated on an annual basis. No reduction is applicable during terms when there is less teaching because of public examinations.

Payment of Fees

All fees must be paid via the Bank direct debit system. If this is not possible for parents overseas, alternative arrangements may be made by agreement with the Trust. As is the practice of all independent schools, the fees are due and payable termly in advance before the first day of the term concerned. However the Trust operates a scheme whereby the fees may be paid by monthly instalments and an application form can be obtained by writing to the Secretary of the Trust. The Trust’s regulations relating to fees and notice are set out in the agreement between parents and the Trust, and on the fee account.

Registration and Examination Fees

A non-returnable  registration fee of £50 is charged. On accepting a place a deposit of £500 is payable which is refunded within 12 weeks of the pupil leaving the school, less any sums owing to the Trust or the school at that time; it is forfeited if the pupil does not take up the accepted place. For boarders a Boarding Deposit of £750 is payable for UK citizens and £1000 for overseas students. The Boarding Deposits are also refunded after a pupil leaves the school, less any sums owing to the Trust or the school at that time.

Flexible Arrangements for Day-girls

As a School with boarding facilities, we are delighted to offer additional flexibility to day girls at the beginning and the end of the day. A variety of options will be available including the facility to stay overnight, or to board for a period of time, should the need arise. Other options will include joining in with the boarding house routine for parts of the evening, for example staying for supper and prep. An additional charge will be made for this service.
