Horse Riders Show Class

From Bath Chronicle Thu 19 May, 2011

Equestrian:  Ten girls from The Royal High School competed in the inter-schools one-day event at Stonar last weekend.  The demanding event featured dressage, show jumping and cross-country, with Royal High gaining some excellent results.  Year 6 pupil Hannah Gadras was placed sixth individually, helping her team finish fourth overall in Class 1.  Natasha Browne gained an individual placing in Class 2 (85cm) and the Royal High quartet of Molly Spearman, Sophie Lavender, Naomi Clapp and Imogen Hays were fifth in Sunday's Class 3.  Director of Sport Zoe Sheffield said:  "It is fantastic to see our equestrian team achieve such excellent results and we are grateful to the Friends of The RHS Association for their purchasing our smart school colours."
