Junior Netball Report

Our U8, U9 and U11 teams have all been in action this week, with our players enjoying their fair share of triumph and tragedy!
On Monday our U8 and U9 sides competed in an away fixture at Kingswood School, with the following results:
U8A 5-1 (win) U8B 2-0 (win) U9A 3-4 (defeat) U9B 1-2 (defeat) U9C 3-2 (win)
Three of the games were settled by a one goal margin and were all keenly contested.
On Wednesday our U11A team took part in a tournament at King Edward's School, emerging with an 'honours even' set of results of two wins, two defeats and one draw. They did particularly well to come back from a heavy defeat at the hands of an extremely well drilled and skilful side from Hazelgrove School. There is a lot of talent and great teeam spirit among the players and they can feel rightly pleased about their performance.
