Year 2 India Celebration

Year 2 children completed their geography project on India with an afternoon of activities celebrating the country's rich culture and cuisine. They all enjoyed trying on some colourful costumes and Mrs Dunlop gave an interesting talk on Indian weddings and religious beliefs and traditions. Many thanks to DESH, the curry house on Chelsea Road that provided a feast for the girls, free of charge. We are also grateful to Mrs Karanjavala and Mrs Smith for organising a great afternoon for the children.
