ONE BIG FAMILY
We are so proud of the calibre of our leavers, many of whom will go on to become leaders in their chosen career. Our girls are ambitious and excited about their future lives and most want to keep in touch with their friends, as indeed we want to keep in touch with them, as we have been part of each others' lives for so long.
The coming year, 2015, will be a great opportunity to celebrate together, as we reach the 150th anniversary of The Royal School, which was founded in 1865. We will be posting a diary of big events that you are invited to attend, very soon!
The school friendship bond is an enduring one and it's one that we try to maintain through our international Alumnae Relations programme. This gives you the opportunity to keep in touch, to visit the school for reunions and other social and professional events, to share your career expertise and personal experiences, to catch up with old friends and to make new ones.
- Are you prepared to help a fellow alumna onto the careers ladder?
- Are you interested in coming to talk to our current girls about what you do?
- Can you offer work experience or job opportunities to a new graduate?
- Can you offer information about your University?
- Would you like to support the school in future in our Development projects?
If you are able to do any of these things, then please let us know as we would love to hear from you. Our Alumnae range in age from 18 to 98 and it is the diversity and size of our network that help to make it so special.
In addition to our school Alumnae network, we are fortunate to be a part of the GDST Alumnae network, a vibrant community of more than 50,000 former students and staff of GDST schools. Becoming part of this community is a strong link to thousands of like-minded women in the UK and overseas, who have, or who are, forging their own way and making their own individual mark in the world.
Once an RHS girl, always an RHS girl!
