Junior Sports Day

The girls in Years 3 - 6 and their parents enjoyed a wonderful Sports Day on Thursday (5 June). After many strong performances by individuals and teams the final result saw Lansdown take the cup! We were very lucky that the weather stayed dry after the heavy downpours of the previous nights. All the girls would like to say a huge thank you to the Friends for the very welcome ice cream served at the end of each relay. Well done to all mums and dads who took part in their own races, some with more dignity than others! Thank you to those parents who respected the schools’ request to not park at Churchill Field -- we realise it was not an ideal situation but one that we had to cope with at the last minute.
