U10/11 Hockey Fixture

The U11A team were up against very talented and competitive opponents. Our team did really well to hold on to a 1-1 scoreline at the interval, but the All Hallows attack put the match beyond reach in the second half, finishing up 5-1 winners. Goalkeeper Charlotte Davies was our player o the match for some great saves. The U11 B team came out with the same fighting spirit and moved the ball beautifully from the start to creating scoring opportunities. A keenly competitive match resulted in a 2-2 draw, with the Royal High snatching a well deserved late equaliser. Players of the match: Arielle Etheridge, Lily Benham, Yasmin Scarr and Annabel North for excellent commitment and work on the day. The U10A team also showed great character, coming from behind to finish level at 1-1.Player of the Match goes to Jessie Tucker for excellent control and finishing skills. The U10B team also played well, but were let down by some ‘soft’ passing which often got intercepted by the opposition. The final score was 6-1 to All Hallows, but a gutsy performance by all involved. Player of the match: Goes to Imogen King for some sensational goal keeping. Keep up the good work, lots of potential here.
