U10 Rounders Festival

Our U10 ‘A’ & ‘B’ Rounders teams took part in a Festival organised by the Royal High Junior School today. The girls got off to a fantastic start in very breezy conditions up at our Churchill Playing Fields. With plenty of superb hitting and lots of catching and stumping causing problems for the opposition, both teams took victories in their first games! They continued to exercise the same enthusiasm and determination throughout the afternoon to produce some very pleasing results. The ‘A’ team finished 3rd overall, and the ‘B’ team finished in 2nd place. A really big well done to all the girls who took part, a great display of athleticism and accuracy in every aspect! Many thanks too, to all the parents who came to show their continued support for the girls. It is lovely to see so many of you encouraging them throughout the year. .
