About Us: Medical Centre
Our Medical Centre is designed to accommodate girls who are taken ill during the course of a school day. It is based in the main school building, near the Music Department. It is run by Sister Greene R.G.N and a relief sister under the overall direction of Dr Beth Standing, a local G.P. from Pulteney Street Surgery in Bath. Surgeries are held daily.
The Medical Team also plays a vital role within the school in supporting girls in a wide variety of circumstances. Our nurses are able to offer counselling, and provide invaluable support to our pastoral team and indeed to parents in helping girls deal with the many challenges which adolescence brings.
