Boarding Accomodation

School House is home for pupils in Years 7 – 11 within the converted upper floors of the main school building. Full of character and life, the house helps our boarders to flourish through its pastoral care of each, special individual.

We aim to give the boarders a ‘home from home’ environment with a happy atmosphere. Bedrooms for the older pupils are in twin-bedded rooms while the younger ones share either three-bedded rooms or dormitories. We enjoy spacious and comfortable common rooms with TV and video, books, games and puzzles. There are well equipped kitchen areas in which to make toast, tea and coffee and other snacks. We have excellent ICT facilities with network points in all rooms. Outstanding pastoral care is offered by full-time House Staff, and all students are ably supported by a number of assistant housemistresses.
