Cookery Workshop for Visiting Junior Schools

Our Food Technonolgy Department welcomed Year 5 children from schools in Bath, Corsham and Salisbury today. The children took part in a morning workshop in which they learned how to make shortbread biscuits. They then tried their hand at decorating the biscuits with their own designs. Finally, they created some tasty desserts using fresh fruit, cream and some of the biscuits they had made.
All the children took home a 'goody bag' to show their mums, together with a certificate of achievement.
