Young Musician of the Year 2017

Last month, RHS hosted the Young Musician of the Year award. This award is a key part of the musical calendar, allowing every girl the opportunity to perform, and take part in a whole- school competition. Now in its third year, there is always a buzz about the event and the girls get very excited! Sarah Haynes, winner of the Senior String Class and Young Musician of the Year (Senior), and Mathura Kathirgamanathan, winner of the Young Musician of the Year (Junior), took the audience on a musical journey through technical precision and emotion with their incredible performances.
