IB Results

Across the board, our IB Diploma students scored an average of 36 points out of 45, well above the global average of 30 points.

Artemis Kwok achieved an incredible 38 out of 45 points and was awarded a Bilingual Diploma (Chinese and English), winning her a place at Durham University to read Psychology. She also achieved A grades in both her Extended Essay and Theory of Knowledge. Artemis was one of two students to be awarded the Bilingual Diploma this year. Isabella Balistreri (German and English) gained 36 points, which gives her numerous options when applying for her Law degree during her gap year in Berlin.

Sasha Kovaleva scored a superb 37 points out of the 45, easily securing her place at Sheffield to read Computer Science. Sasha developed a particular interest in Artificial Intelligence after completing a work experience placement at Graphcore in Bristol last summer.

Fellow students are securing places at other leading Russell Group universities including King’s, studying STEM subjects such as Biomedical Sciences and Medicinal Chemistry. Psychology has also proved to be a very popular degree course amongst this particular cohort, with Christina Anderson taking up her place at Lancaster with 33 points.

We are delighted that the school’s performance in the IB Diploma is strong year on year and its popularity is soaring.
