We are seeking to appoint a Soft Services Manager to lead the housekeeping team and deliver the soft services across the Senior and Prep Schools for students, staff and visitors. This includes managing our recycling and waste removal systems to help shrink our environmental impact, and optimising deliveries and events logistics across both sites. The role will be based at our senior school site but you will also be required to work at and visit our prep school site to help deliver the School's aims and objectives.

The successful candidate will be a qualified manager or assistant manager/supervisor with significant experience in working in housekeeping or buildings management, you will have the ability to work well under pressure and possess exceptional organisation skills.

Experience in managing budgets as well proficiency working with software such as the Microsoft suite is essential, experience of working in an educational setting would be an advantage.
