No Mow May – Eco Society in Action
Senior School, Sustainability
The Eco Society have launched their No Mow May initiative and are delighted that the front lawn of the school grounds is the perfect space to showcase the abundance of nature we have at Royal High School Bath.
Throughout May, the lawn will be left unmown to allow wildflowers to grow and insects to make their home. It’s a small step that helps support local biodiversity and gives nature a chance to thrive.
To support the project, a couple of bug homes made by students in DT will also be placed in the area.
We’ll be keeping an eye on how the space develops and look forward to sharing some photos at the end of the month.
