World Book Day 2022
Senior School, Nursery and Prep School
This year marks 25 years of World Book Day, which means 25 years of supporting children with reading and promoting the act of reading for pleasure.
At the Prep School students came dressed as their favourite book characters with teachers and staff joining in too. Our classrooms were filled with all kinds of characters from Jessie from Toy Story to Cruella de Vil from 101 Dalmations.
Senior School girls joined in a range of activities in our school library which included: two quizzes themed around popular children's books, a short story writing competition and a bookmark design competition.
For those who wanted to, there was also time for reading books which they had brought with them to school as part of an activity to share their favourite book with peers.
