Let's Get Physical Masterclass

Come and join us for an exciting day of sport and adventure at our Sport Masterclass! You’ll get to try out parkour, explore our fabulous site through orienteering, play netball and hockey, and enjoy a delicious lunch on site.

Timings for the Day

08.45–09.00 – Drop-off & refreshments for parents
Start the day with a warm welcome—coffee and tea available for parents.

09.00–10.15 – Parkour Experience
Learn to speed vault, kong vault, run across walls and break fall safely. We’ll help build your confidence and give you the freedom to explore parkour in a fun and supportive environment.

10.30–11.15 – Break & Orienteering Team Activity
Enjoy a snack and take part in a team orienteering challenge across the beautiful grounds of the Royal High.

11.30–12.45 – Netball Session
Train with a member of the Welsh Feathers netball team on our iconic courts. You’ll explore new attacking principles, defensive techniques, and enjoy plenty of match play.

12.45–13.45 – Lunch
Lunch will be served in our dining hall—a chance to relax, chat, and ask questions.

13.45–15.00 – Hockey Session
Pick up a stick and take on a variety of stick skill challenges on our picturesque astro field, followed by small-sided games.

15.00 – Collection

What to Bring

• A water bottle

• Shin pads

• A mouthguard

• Plenty of energy!

Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for sport. Girls are welcome to bring their own hockey sticks if they have them, but we’ll have plenty available to borrow.

Booking Info

When booking your place, please fill in the form as an “adult.” The first question will ask if the attendee is a child or an adult—you’ll be able to enter your daughter’s details later in the form.
