A Little Night Music!

Nursery and Prep School, Performing Arts

On Wednesday 25th May 91 girls took part in our annual Music Concert held in Hope Hall. This is a fantastic opportunity for us to showcase all the wonderful Music that takes place in our school throughout the year. There was a varied programme which included the Year 2 on the hand bells, Year 3 on their recorders, a harpist, the guitar group, violinists, cellists, saxophonists, clarinets, pianists, singers, oboists, flautists and of course the School Orchestra and the Choir of 56 girls! It is so lovely to see the range of talent in our school and also to witness the confidence in the girls as they perform. It is also inspiring for our younger girls to watch the older girls perform. We were delighted that Mr Dave Peglar and Miss Isie Potter could join us at the end of the concert. The Choir gave a sneak preview of our forthcoming Gig with Park Lane Big Band at Bath Motoring Festival on Sunday 19th June (we are very excited!). I would like to say a huge thank you to all the girls for performing so well and for making the concert such a special occasion. Thank you also to my wonderful team of Peripatetic Music teachers for preparing the girls so well for the event and to everyone who helped on the night. Thank you to the audience for being so appreciative.
