Reception enjoy a trip to Victoria Park
Nursery and Prep School
On Tuesday the Reception class went out on their first trip of the year. They have been learning all about themselves, looking at their body, their family, where they live, their senses and their emotions.
The trip involved walking to Victoria Park and exploring the local environment, listening and looking at the sights and sounds on their way to the park and while they were there. The girls thought of their own safety rules and were diligent at holding hands and following directions. They had a great game of catch as well as climbing the fallen trees, which included some super balancing and jumping off with arms extended (Mrs Lewis will be very proud).
Reception made it back just in time for lunch, with tired legs but very big smiles!
