Year 5 enjoy action-packed residential
Nursery and Prep School
Last week, Year 5 enjoyed three nights of fun at the PGL in Liddington. Each day consisted of four action-packed, outdoor activities including a Giant Swing, Zip Wire, Abseiling Wall, Jacob’s Ladder and canoeing on the lake. Many of the activities worked best when the children collaborated, helping each other and shouting encouragement.
The pupils thoroughly enjoyed sharing dorms, making new friendships and working together to win points at inspection time!
The children loved snuggling up at bedtime and listening to a story before they went off to sleep. All the teachers said that they will go down in history as the best group ever at bed time - the teachers hardly had to walk the corridors at all!
